OnSSI Expands its Channel Partner Certification Training Program Nationwide and in Canada

Two-day extensive training for security integrators and IT professionals with seminars  offered throughout multiple locations nationwide and in Canada

SUFFERN, N.Y., November 10, 2006 — On-Net Surveillance Systems Inc. (OnSSI), market leader in non-proprietary, open architecture IP-based video surveillance, announced today that it has expanded its certification training program to multiple locations nationwide and in Canada.

The two-day training program provides an in-depth overview covering the development of video surveillance from CCTV to IP video surveillance, video delivery and investigation, designing an optimal IP video surveillance system and more. It also provides hands-on experience with operating and configuring OnSSI's IP-video platforms.

Following repeating requests from many Channel Partners, OnSSI began offering training seminars in early 2006 on the West Coast. The seminars were offered at first only on an ad-hoc basis for employees of large channel partners but, by the spring the Company had began operating regular trainings in California, Colorado, Illinois, and just recently in Toronto, Canada.

Certification training participants are given the opportunity to learn and experience OnSSI's NVRs (network video recorders), video clients and virtual video matrix switches using a full-scale multi-camera IP video surveillance system set up for each training session. Each of the participants connects his or her own laptop computer to the surveillance system network, and learns every aspect of setting up the software, connecting cameras, and configuring the recording, archiving and video delivery parameters.

Presently OnSSI offers an average of two Channel Partner certification training seminars each month, with upcoming trainings in Sacramento and Burbank, CA, Denver, CO, and locally in Suffern, NY.
